These Terms of Service govern use of this website, operated by Avery Global Empire LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, for the Mission After Service program. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

What Mission After Service Is

Mission After Service is a veteran-led transition, mental readiness, physical wellness, employment-readiness, and civilian reintegration support program. It is a supplemental program intended to work alongside, not replace, the Transition Assistance Program (TAP), the Department of Veterans Affairs, Vet Centers, Military OneSource, licensed healthcare providers, and accredited benefits representatives.

No Professional or Clinical Relationship

Nothing on this website or provided through the Mission After Service program creates a therapist-client, physician-patient, or attorney-client relationship. Mission After Service does not provide licensed therapy, medical diagnosis, clinical counseling, suicide-risk assessment, VA claims representation, or legal advice. Where clinical, medical, legal, or claims-related needs arise, participants are referred to appropriately licensed or accredited professionals.

No Guarantee of Outcomes or Employment

Mission After Service may provide job opportunity alignment, employer referrals, interview readiness, and training preparation. Employment is never guaranteed unless a specific written agreement exists between a named employer, the program, and the participant. General program participation does not itself constitute or imply a job offer, contract, or guaranteed outcome of any kind.

Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including without limitation the Mission After Service program framework, the Ten Pillars, the D-60 to D+90 standard, and related written materials, is the property of Avery Global Empire LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.

No Warranty

This website and the information on it are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avery Global Empire LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or participation in the Mission After Service program.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the program develops. The effective date above will be updated accordingly.
